Do I need a bank account?
No. That's the point. You can open a Guap account with a phone number, load it with cash at a Teller, and receive money from abroad, all without a bank account.
How do I put cash in?
At any Teller: tap Add Cash on the Teller, scan its QR code from the Guap App, insert TT$100 bills, confirm. The digital dollars land in your app within seconds.

How do I take cash out?
At any Teller: tap Cash Out, enter the amount, scan the QR with your app, confirm. Cash dispenses in TT$100 bills within seconds.
What does it cost?
Cashing in is free. Cashing out is free. The rate you see in the app before you confirm is the rate you get. Sending to another Guap user is free too.
Sending USDC or USDT to an outside address costs 0.5% plus about $0.20 on Solana, Base, or Ethereum, or 0.5% plus about $1.50 on Tron. Receiving USDC or USDT costs from 0.3% on Solana to about 0.55% plus $1.05 on Tron. Every fee comes out of the transaction itself, and the app shows the exact total before you confirm. Nothing is billed later.
