Teller locations and what works

The Guap Teller is where cash meets your app. Walk up with TT$100 bills to buy USDB, Guap's digital dollar (1 USDB is designed to equal 1 US dollar) — or cash USDB out into TTD. The full how-to lives in buy and cash out.

There are three Tellers, all in Trinidad. Every location is open 24/7, walk-in, no access code or PIN — walk up and start. There are no Guap Tellers outside Trinidad.

Chaguanas

• Address: M6 Plaza, Narsaloo Ramaya Marg Road, Endeavour, Chaguanas
• Finding it: Inside M6 Plaza — head upstairs via the escalator. The Teller is directly opposite the escalator, next to the large Guap ATM sign.

• Address: Gulf City Mall, La Romaine (San Fernando)
• Finding it: Walk up — no access code needed. A deadbolt inside lets you lock the door while you complete your transaction, any hour of the night.

• Finding it: Walk up and start. No access code or PIN.

Cash rules

• TT$100 bills only — both in and out. Buying takes TT$100 notes; cash-outs dispense in TT$100 notes.
• TTD only. No US dollars, no other foreign currency.
• No cards. The Teller is cash in, cash out — no credit or debit cards.

What works at the Teller

The Teller works only with the Guap App — no other wallet can buy or cash out at the machines. If you don't have it yet, download and set it up before you visit.

What does not work

• Exchanges — Binance, OKX, Speed Wallet, Redotpay, and similar. These have never worked reliably at the Teller.
• On-chain-only wallets — MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet. They speak on-chain Ethereum or Bitcoin, not Lightning.
• Other Lightning wallets — the Teller accepts transactions from the Guap App only.
• Cards — no credit or debit cards, ever.
